[:en]Where you able to start some conversations last week to move towards friendship? Trust us you will be blessed through it!!

Jesus was amazing in the area of positivity. He always saw the positive for people and in people. When he told Peter that he will be the Rock that he will build his church on I’m sure Peter wasn’t that convinced about it.  He just failed Jesus big time and I don’t think he could believe that something so positive could come out of his life. But Jesus insisted and when we look back he builds his church on Peter.

All of us are always bombarded with the negative of the world and also the things that we are not good at. It’s very easy that those things can bring us down. But in the same way, the opposite is true as well.  When we speak positively it can lift people up. You see it with Peter and how the truth changed him. So when you have a conversation with a neighbor and it involves a lot of negativity about life, share something uplifting and positive. It is amazing how a little thing can change the outlook for the rest of the day. It can be something little as I am so thankful for the sunshine.

How to get started:

1. Fast from negativity. For 1 week let everything you say positive and uplifting.
2. See how your attitude towards life is changing.
3. Share something positive with your neighbors or coworkers. It can be anything that is uplifting to you.

Hey our friend

We had a wonderful week here in San Francisco. We had our North beach small group and had many people come over for dinners. Again those things really bring deeper relationship and you get to know each other so much better. I (Markus) also had a board meeting this week where I serve on the finance committee.  It’s encouraging to see how God is using the gifting’s he placed in us. What gifting’s did He place in you? When you know them you can see more how God is using you! I love how Peter talks in 1. Peter 4.11 to use the giftings God has given us to bring Glory to Him. Let us keep doing that!!

Remember this week that you are amazingly gifted and talented!

Markus and Jen[:de]Hattest du diese Woche einige Gespräche mit Nachbarn die zu Freundschaften werden können? Vertraue uns diese Freundschaften werden ein Segen für dich sein.

Jesus war absolut gut darin das positive zu sehen. Er sah immer das positive in und für Menschen. Wenn er Petrus sagte das er der Fels sein wird auf dem er seine Kirche aufbaut war dieser sicher nicht so überzeugt davon. Er hatte kurz zuvor Jesus dreimal die Treue gebrochen und er konnte nicht glauben das es etwas positives aus seinem Leben herauskommen kann. Aber Jesus blieb dabei und wenn wir zurueckschauen sehen wir wie seine Kirche auf Petrus gebaut wurde.

Jeder von uns wird täglich mit negativem bombardiert und auch mit Dingen in denen wir nicht gut sind. Es ist leicht das diese Dinge uns hinunterziehen. Aber das Gegenteil ist auch wahr, wenn wir Positivität bringen kann dies Menschen auch aufbauen. Wenn du dir Petrus anschaust und wie ihn die Wahrheit verändert hat. Wenn du ein Gespräch mit einem Nachbarn oder Kollegen führst und es kommt immer wieder auf negatives zurück, erzähle etwas Aufbauendes und Positives. Es ist Wahnsinn wie eine kleine Sache den Ausblick auf den ganzen Tag verändern kann. Und es kann etwas kleines sein wie z.B. ich bin dankbar für die Sonne und die Wärme die sie schenkt.

Wie kannst du anfangen:

1. Fast von Negativität. Lass alles das du sagst und denkst für die nächste Woche aufbauend und positiv sein.
2. Schaue wie sich deine Einstellung verändert.
3. Teile etwas Positives und aufbauendes mit deinen Nachbarn und einem Arbeitskollegen. Es kann etwas sein das auch dich aufbaute und ermutigte.

Hallo unser Freund/in

Wir hatten eine gute Woche hier in San Francisco. Wir hatten diese Woche unsere North beach Kleingruppe und hatten verscheiden Nachbarn und Menschen zum Abendessen bei uns. Diese Dinge bauen Gemeinschaft und tiefere Beziehungen auf was super ist. Ich (Markus) hatte diese Woche auch ein Board Meeting bei welchem ich im Bereich Finanzen mithelfe. Es ist gut zu sehen wie Gott die Gaben benutzt die er in uns gelegt hat. Was für Gaben hat er dir gegeben? Wenn du sie weißt kannst du mehr sehen wie dich Gott im Alltag einsetzt! Ich finde die Stelle im 1. Petrus Brief 4.11 ist ein sehr gutes Beispiel dafür. Benutze die Gaben die dir Gott gegeben hat um Ihm ehre zu bringen. Lasst uns dies immer tun!!

Vergiss diese Woche nicht das du viele Gaben und Talente hast!!
