Hi our friend

The Month of May is here and with it another daily chance to encourage someone and bring hope. Over the last week, we had dinner with a friend who spends too much time in front of his TV. He told us how he watches the news and loses more and more hope. There are many people that probably feel the same way for understandable reasons. That is why it is so important, especially in this season, to have extra time with God so he can give us hope. Every time I spend time with God I can feel hope rising in me. Not that the circumstances always change, but I know that whatever is happening I am in his hands. I want to encourage you in this season to spend extra time with God and let Him refill you with hope, so you can bring His hope to others in your life that don’t know him.

Also, spend time to read the book of James and ask yourself in which areas your faith needs to be more in action!

Hallo unser Freund/in

Der Monat Mai ist da und mit ihm wieder eine tägliche Möglichkeit Menschen zu ermutigen und Hoffnung zu bringen. In der letzten Woche aßen wir mit einem Freund zu Abend der zu viel Zeit vor dem Fernseher verbringt. Er erzählte uns wie er sich immer die Nachrichten anschaut und mehr und mehr Hoffnung verliert. Da sind sicher viel mehr Menschen die sich gleich fühlen wie er mit verstehbarem Grund. Deshalb ist es so wichtig, speziell in dieser Zeit, extra Zeit mit Gott zu verbringen das Er uns Hoffnung geben kann. Jedes Mal wenn ich Zeit mit Gott verbringe merke ich wie ich mit Hoffnung aufgefüllt werde. Es ist nicht unbedingt so dass sich die Umstände/ Verhältnisse sich ändern, aber ganz egal was passiert, ich weiß das ich in seiner Hand bin. Wir möchten dich in dieser Zeit ermutigen extra Zeit mit Gott zu verbringen und dich von Ihm mit Hoffnung füllen zu lassen, so dass du seine Hoffnung zu anderen bringen kannst.

Vergiss auch nicht den Jakobus Brief zu lesen. Stelle dir die Frage wo dein Glaube noch mehr in Taten umgesetzt werden kann!
