Hey our friend

We hope you had an opportunity this week to think about easter and the meaning of it. It’s a time of saying Thank you to our amazing father for choosing to save us and adopt us back into his family. It’s the ultimate proof of love. We wish you a blessed Easter time.

We also had one of our wonderful friends come and visit us on her way home. We felt so blessed to see half of the Kimm family 🙂

Adoption The Ultimate proof of Love

I have many friends who got adopted when they were little children.  A couple adopted them because they choose that specific child. It is interesting, that adopted children often see themselves as second class children. I think sometimes the reason is the thinking that they are not good enough because they feel that their birth parents didn’t want them. But the truth is actually quite different. Adoption is actually a picture of true love.

Think about this: When you adopt someone you actually make a choice for that person. You are actually saying I really want this child. Often with birth parents it is not exactly like that. We hear many times about unwanted pregnancies. Another point is that parents that adopt have to go through a really long process to get the child which involves many sacrifices on their side, like time and money. But they are willing to make those because they love that child. These are just 2 points but I’m sure there are many more.

Adoption is also a beautiful picture of what God did for us. He adopted us as His children and He choose us. He made the biggest sacrifice possible this Easter weekend to adopt us back into his house by giving His son. I think this is the ultimate proof of His deep love for each one of us. He adopted us and He always believed and will always believe in us.

Even if not one Person on this planet believes in you, God does!

wir hoffen, du hattest diese Woche die Möglichkeit ein wenig mehr über Ostern und die Bedeutung nachzudenken. Es ist eine Zeit des Dankens. Danke deinem Vater, der beschlossen hat uns zu erretten und uns zurück in seine Familie zu adoptieren. Es ist der ultimative Beweis seiner Liebe. Wir wünschen Dir frohe und gesegnete Ostern.

Wir bekamen diese Woche auch noch Besuch von super Freunden aus Washington, zumindest von der hälfte der Familie 🙂

Adoption oder der absolute Liebesbeweis

Ich habe viele Freunde, die adoptiert wurden als sie noch sehr klein waren. Sie wurden speziell von ihren neuen Eltern ausgewählt. Es ist interessant, dass adoptierte Kinder sich oftmals Kinder 2ter Klasse fühlen. Ich denke dies kommt oft von dem Gedanken, dass sie nicht gut genug sind, weil ihre Geburtseltern sie nicht wollten. Aber die Wahrheit sieht ganz anders aus. Adoption ist in Wirklichkeit ein Beweis wahrer Liebe.

Denke mal an Folgendes: Wenn du jemanden adoptierst, triffst du eine Entscheidung für diesen Menschen. Was du sagst ist: Ich möchte wirklich dieses Kind. Bei Geburtseltern ist dies nicht immer der Fall. Wir hören ja auch sehr oft von ungewollten Schwangerschaften.
Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass die Eltern, die ein Kind adoptieren möchten, durch einen langen Prozess gehen. Dieser Prozess ist mit viele Opfer von Ihrer Seite verbunden, wie zum Beispiel Zeit und Geld. Aber sie sind bereit all das zu opfern, weil sie dieses Kind so lieben. Dies sind nur 2 Punkte und ich bin mir sicher, dass es noch viele andere gibt.

Adoption ist auch eine schöne Illustration für das was Gott für uns getan hat. Er adoptierte uns als seine Kinder und hat uns erwählt. Er hat an Ostern das absolut größte Opfer gebracht indem er seinen Sohn am Kreuz für uns gab, um uns in seine Familie zurück zu adoptieren. Ich denke, dass dies der ultimative Beweis für seine große Liebe für jeden einzelnen von uns ist. Er adoptierte dich, denn er glaubte an dich und wird dies bis in Ewigkeit tun.

Auch wenn niemand auf dieser Welt an dich glaubt, Gott tut es und hat es bewiesen.

Erinnere dich heute daran, dass du unendlich geliebt wirst.
