In this blog series we want to show you that it is actually really easy to make an impact where you live. We hope you start to see that more by reading this series!
A few weeks ago I read this statement on the Facebook of a friend of mine:
“In one year I did USA for Africa, I played the Olympics, I won a Grammy and all together I played for over a billion and a half people. Finally, after all these years, I had reached the top of the mountain. And you know what’s at the top? Nothing. All you had were the experiences it took to get there. There’s nothing at the top.” -Lionel Richie
How many people in today’s times feel that way? Running through life to chase money or a dream and then realize when they reach it that there was nothing. What about us? Are we living in the purpose God called us to? What do you want to leave behind when you die someday? What are you passionate about?
These are questions all of us should ask ourselves. What about you explore them together with your neighbors and friends! What about if you start helping each other to figure out those questions! I promise you doing that in community is harder, but in the same way more fruitful.
So when we explore those things together we grow closer together in our friendship and we also can help supporting each other to get to that place. When we see clearer on what we are called to do, we open the opportunity to see more about a Father who has a purpose for our life. We are able to keep inspiring each other. It could start really simple in a conversation over coffee.
- Have a coffee with one of your neighbors and share with them about your idea.
- If interest is there start talking and meet up more regularly about it.
Hey our friend
We hope you had a great week. We had a goodbye dinner for a couple that worked with us. Please keep them in your Prayers when they move back home to see clearer on what their next steps are. Please also keep praying for the YWAM San Francisco building Fundraiser November 7th. Loren Cunningham the founder of YWAM will be speaking and sharing that night. Pray for a good attendance and for the right people to come.

Here a request! To do the work we are doing we depend 100% on support. Over the last few months we lost about $287 in monthly support through changes of circumstances in peoples lives. So at this point we need about $1560 more in monthly support to be fully funded. We want to ask for your help in sharing with people you know that have a heart for missions and would be interested in joining our support team. Mit dieser Blog Serie wollen wir dir zeigen das es eigentlich recht einfach ist Veränderung an den Ort zu bringen an dem du lebst. Wir hoffen das du dies nun mehr siehst durchs lesen dieser Blog Reihe!
Vor einigen Wochen lass ich diesen Satz auf dem Facebook von einem Freund:

„In einem Jahr machte ich USA für Afrika, spielte bei Olympia, gewann einen Grammy und zusammen spielte für 1.5 Milliarden Menschen. Endlich nach all diesen Jahren erreichte ich den Gipfel des Bergs. Wie viele Leute in der heutigen Zeit fühlen sich so? Sie verfolgen ihrem Traum und Geld und wenn sie es erreichen merken sie das gar nichts dort war. Aber wie ist das für uns? Leben wir in dem Plan und den Aufgaben für die Gott uns berufen hat? Was möchtest du zurücklassen wenn du irgendwann stirbst? Was ist etwas wofür du eine Leidenschaft hast und das dir wichtig ist?
Dies sind Fragen die sich jeder einzelne von uns stellen sollte. Wie wäre es wenn du sie zusammen mit Nachbarn und Freunden studierst! Wie wäre es wenn ihr euch gegenseitig aushelft mit diesen Fragen! Ich verspreche dir das dies in einer Gemeinschaft oftmals schwieriger ist, aber auf der anderen Seite auch fruchtbarer.
Wenn wir dies zusammen erforschen wachsen wir auch mehr zusammen in unseren Freundschaften und wir können uns gegenseitig unterstützen in die richtige Richtung zu gehen. Wenn wir klarer sehen wozu wir berufen sind, eröffnet dies auch die Tür unseren Vater klarer zu sehen der einen perfekten Plan für unser Leben hat. Wir haben die Möglichkeit uns gegenseitig zu ermutigen. Es kann ganz einfach anfangen, durch ein Gespräch am Kaffeetisch.
- Plane eine Café Zeit mit einem Nachbarn und erzähle ihnen von dieser Idee.
- Wenn sie daran interessiert sind, fang an darüber mehr zu sprechen und trefft euch regelmäßig.
Hallo unser/e Freund/in
Wir hoffen das du eine super Woche hattest! Wir hatten in dieser Woche ein Abschiedsessen mit einem Mitarbeiter Paar. Bete für sie in dieser Zeit des Umzugs und des Planens für die nächsten Schritte. Bete auch weiterhin für den YWAM San Francisco Fundraiser mit Loren Cunningham dem Gründer von YWAM Jugend mit einer Mission. Er wird an diesem Abend über Stadtmission und San Francisco sprechen. Der Abend ist speziell dafür da um Spenden zu sammeln um das Gebäude abzuzahlen. Betet das die richtigen Leute kommen die ein Herz für diese Arbeit haben.
Und an dieser Stelle wollen wir Danke sagen an alle die uns in unserer Arbeit hier unterstützen, im Gebet und finanziell! Ihr seid ein großer Segen für uns! Möge Euch Gott reichlich segnen!
Und hier noch ein Anliegen. Um die Arbeit hier zu tun sind wir 100% auf Spenden angewiesen. In den letzten Monaten verloren wir ca. $287 an monatlicher Unterstützung da sich bei einigen Dinge geändert haben (Schule, Hauskauf, verstorben usw.). Zu diesem Zeitpunkt brauchen wir noch $1560 mehr in monatlicher Unterstützung um komplett finanziert zu sein. Du kannst uns helfen indem du Menschen die ein Herz für Mission haben von dieser Arbeit berichtest und ihnen erzählst wie sie ein Teil dieser Arbeit werden können (siehe unter diesem Link.).Vielen Dank für all deine Hilfe damit!!
