We had a great week here in San Francisco. All ministries we did were moving forward and we were able to see God at work. It is awesome to be a part of the things he is doing in San Francisco. 2 of our good friends got married last weekend, which was a wonderful time. And then we had a friend come visit for a day from Germany.
Next week we will have a staff teaching week ending with a retreat for all the YWAM San Francisco and Bay Area Staff. Pray that God will speak to each of us individually as well as all of us together as a team.
Change your thinking
During our coffee shop bible study I noticed a guy across from us. I found out that he helped the bible study attendant with some errands during the day. After talking to him for a while I noticed how he looked like as if he is in a lot of pain. He told me that he got hurt in a bicycle accident a long time ago and since then has problems with his shoulder and neck. I asked him if I can pray for him and he let me. After I prayed I asked if something changed. He told me that the pain went down by 50%. So I prayed again and asked him again and he told me that the pain went down to 20% of his original pain. I saw on his face how impacted he was that Jesus started to heal him.
I’m sharing this story with you to challenge you in your thinking. If we have a mindset of God that he did miracles in the bible but not today, we will not go up to people and pray for healing with faith that God will actually heal them. But if we believe that God is still at work today in every area of life we need to change our availability. I could have missed that moment and just focused on the bible study but this man would have missed out on God touching his life. The great thing was that it actually impacted the man in the bible study as well. I want to challenge all of us to be always ready for God to move and give us a new task. I know that it is easier to believe in a God that is not at work in those areas then at one who is, because it requires action on our part. But this world is in desperate need for answers and help, and God has the answers and wants to give it to them. Let us be good messengers and bring all of what Jesus was speaking about into this world! Lets change our thinking and trust a God that makes the impossible possible today!!

Bevor du weiterliest erinnere Dich daran das Du wunderbar und geliebt bist! Und falls du dies nicht glauben kannst schaue Dir dieses Video an. Es ist sehr wichtig diese Wahrheit zu wissen und zu glauben um Gottes Herz mehr zu verstehen.
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche hier in San Francisco. In allen Arbeitsbereichen konnten wir Gott wirken sehen. Es ist genial zu sehen wie Gott uns teilhaben lässt und uns benutzt in seiner Arbeit in San Francisco. Letztes Wochenende heirateten 2 gute Freunde von uns und wir konnten mit Ihnen feiern. Und dann hatten wir noch Besuch aus der Heimat wie auch in dieser Woche. Eine super Zeit.
Nächste Woche haben wir eine Mitarbeiter Schulungs Woche die mit einer Freizeit endet für alle Mitarbeiter von YWAM San Francisco und dem ganzen Bay area. Betete das Gott zu jedem einzelnen von uns individuell spricht als auch als Team.
Verändere deine Denkweise
Während einer unserer Bibel Arbeiten im Café bemerkte ich einen Mann der auf der anderen Seite des Gehwegs stand. Ich fand dann heraus das er dem Mann mit dem ich die Bibel Arbeit mache mit einigen Besorgungen geholfen hat die er nicht alleine schaffte. Nachdem ich kurz mit Ihm sprach sah ich auf seinem Gesicht wie er in Schmerzen war. Er erzählte mir dann das er in einen Fahrrad Unfall verwickelt war und darin seine Schulter und Nacken verletzt hat. Ich fragte Ihn daraufhin ob Ich für Ihn beten kann was er gerne annahm. Nachdem ich für Ihn gebetet habe fragte ich ob sich etwas verändert hat und er sagte dass der Schmerz nur noch halb so stark ist. Ich betete noch einmal und fragte nochmal nach und er sagte das der Schmerz nur noch sehr minimal ist, ca. 20% vom Ausgangsschmerz. Ich konnte auf seinem Gesicht sehen wie Jesus Ihn in diesem Moment berührt hat und anfing Ihn zu heilen.
Ich erzähle Dir diese Geschichte um dich in deiner Denkweise herauszufordern. Wenn wir eine Denkweise haben das Gott nur Wunder getan hat in der Zeit in der die Bibel geschrieben wurde, werden wir nicht auf Leute zugehen und für Heilung beten und erwarten das sie wirklich von Gott geheilt werden. Aber wenn wir glauben das Gott heute am Wirken ist dann müssen wir unserer Verfügbarkeit ändern und in jedem Moment verfügbar für Ihn sein. Es wäre einfach gewesen diesen Moment zu verpassen und mich nur auf die Bibel Arbeit in diesem Moment zu fokussieren, aber dann hätte dieser Mann verpasst wie Gott ihn berühren wollte. Die andere geniale Sache war das der Mann der zur Bibelarbeit auch durch die Situation berührt wurde. Ich möchte uns alle herausfordern immer bereit zu sein für eine neue Aufgabe die Gott für uns hat. Ich weiß das es einfacher ist an einen Gott zu glauben der heutzutage nicht in diesen Bereichen wirkt als an einen der wirkt, da dies dann ein Handeln von unserer Seite erfordert. Aber diese Welt braucht dringend Antworten und Hilfe, und Gott hat diese Antworten und möchte sie der der Welt geben. Last uns gute Kuriere für Ihn sein und lasst uns alles von dem Jesus sprach in diese Welt bringen! Lass uns unserer Denkweise ändern und lasst uns Gott vertrauen der das unmögliche heutzutage möglich macht!!
